Mung bean risotto and white Kampot pepper

Mung bean risotto/Green vegetables/basil & red pepper cappuccino

- broth vegetables

- butter
- milk
- kampot salt flower
- kampot white pepper
- kampot red pepper

Beans cooked risotto style, with onion, carrot, fresh ginger, white wine, broth vegetables, tumeric and white pepper. Sautéed mushroom. Steam, grilled, raw, sautéed vegetables. Basil and red pepper cappuccino. I use the white pepper for cooking mung beans, to release the flavor. The red one for the sauce, the taste is more fine, fruity.
