Pork belly white Kampot pepper

Ingredients :

- pork belly
- broth vegetables
- rice noodles
- zucchini
- carrot
- fresh ginger
- lemongrass
- black sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- meat juice
- soja sauce
- moringa
- lime
- kampot salt flower
- kampot white pepper


Cook pork slowly (3h30) in a vegetables broth.
Infuse broth with ginger, lemongrass and moringa. Add lime schrub before serving.
Grill pork for a crispy texture then glaze with mix juice.
Cooked noodles and vegetables in the broth.
The white pepper goes very well with the noodles and adjust perfectly the broth.
